MISA License in Saudi Arabia Registration Procedure

The MISA license registration requires many critical steps, stretching from the preparation of documents to the final approval.   1. Preparation of the DocumentsPrepare the fundamental documents comprising your company license, AOA, and financial statements. Document Requirements

  • A copy of the passport of the investor, including the address page.
  • Original Commercial Registration and AOA, attested by local authorities and the Saudi Embassy.
  • Previous year’s Financial Statement certified by an audit accounting firm and the Saudi Embassy.
  • Shareholders Resolution specifying the intention of investment, indicating capital, percentages, and information of managers
  • Power of Attorney (POA) for Helpline and the General Manager attested from the Saudi Embassy.
  • Investor Profile and Feasibility Reports developed following the business type.

MISA License Renewal Process

Renewal of the MISA License is important for the continuation and legality of the business. This will run from the application to the receipt of the revised license. The supporting documents required for the process are: 

  • A copy of the MISA license in effect, which needs to be renewed.
  • A copy of the current CR certificate.
  • A copy of zakat
