- Shareholders Resolution specifying the intention of investment, indicating capital, percentages, and information of managers

MISA License Renewal Process
Renewal of the MISA License is important for the continuation and legality of the business. This will run from the application to the receipt of the revised license. The supporting documents required for the process are:
- A copy of the MISA license in effect, which needs to be renewed.
- A copy of the current CR certificate.
